- Belts will be your friend again
- Buttons won’t bulge
- It’ll take you ages to stop buying as much food
- You won’t recognise yourself
- Other people won’t recognise you
- You won’t have to shift the belly out the way when shaving
- You’ll get flirted with (which can be a bit cringe)
- You’ll cross your legs more often (and that’s not at the ankle)
- You’ll gain confidence and self-esteem
We also heartily recommend taking a photo of yourself monthly in the SAME outfit… You’ll flick through the months and see just how far you have come!
